Proposing a Toast
Hampton Roads Magazine's Annual Stellar Cellar Awards celebrates restaurants with superior wine lists.

We are proud to present the Hampton Roads Magazine Stellar Cellar Wine Awards.
This is our second year for the awards, which are open to any Hampton Roads restaurant via an application process. The applications were reviewed, along with wine lists and menus, by a panel of experts.
Awards were given in five categories: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Pewter.
In tallying the votes, we found a remarkable number of restaurants offering many outstanding vintages. Indeed, that is the purpose of our Stellar Cellar recognitions—to highlight those restaurants that, through great eats and tempting wines, make Hampton Roads a tastier place to live.
New this year is a partnership with Virginia Beach Wine Week. Platinum-level recipients will be recognized and Special Offerings awards will be unveiled at the Popping the Cork kick-off party on Sept. 21 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
